SERVICES
Healing isn’t one-size-fits-all—and neither is therapy. Whether you're navigating trauma, working through relationship challenges, or ready to build something deeper with your partner, I offer a personalized, evidence-based approach grounded in neuroscience, somatic awareness, and emotional safety.
Together, we’ll move beyond symptom relief to real, lasting change—so you can feel more connected to yourself and those around you.
Individual Therapy
Navigating Through Life Can Feel Like a Lonely Journey, but It Doesn’t Have to Be.
Individual therapy sessions provide a safe and comfortable space for you to explore your experiences and emotions without fear of judgement. We’ll find the tools that work best for you and I’ll help guide you on a path towards a more positive life. Individual therapy sessions last either 50 or 80 minutes, depending on what suits you best.
Couples Therapy
Couples therapy provides a structure to guide you through connecting the dots on what is presenting in your relationship. My goal is to support couples in how to better work together as a team to create a connection that is not just stable, but safe and secure. Both partners are given a chance to feel fully seen and heard in the therapy room.
Couples therapy can support partners to lean into vulnerable conversations, deepen intimacy and uncover blocks and beliefs that may be holding them back from the most optimal relationship that they could have with each other and themselves.
Trauma Therapy
Move through your past without getting stuck in it
Many people come to therapy after years of trying to talk themselves into healing. But trauma doesn’t live in your logical brain—it lives in your body. That’s why no matter how much insight you have or how many coping tools you’ve tried, you might still feel hijacked by anxiety, emotional flashbacks, or a sense that something inside just won’t settle.
That’s where Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and somatic work come in. These approaches help you get to the root of what’s going on, not just the symptoms
Relationship Theory Model
A neuroscience-backed roadmap to lasting change in your relationship.
Most couples therapy helps you feel better — the Relationship Theory Model helps you actually get better.
This isn’t about fixing surface-level communication issues. It’s about understanding the wiring beneath your patterns—how your early attachment experiences shaped the way you show up now—and intentionally creating new ways of relating that feel secure, connected, and authentic.

In-Person or Virtual?
Support That Meets You Where You Are.
Therapy should adapt to your life, not the other way around. Whether you prefer to meet in the office or from the comfort of home, I offer both in-person and secure virtual sessions. As long as you have a stable internet connection and a quiet space, virtual therapy can be just as effective. Video sessions follow the same confidentiality policies that apply in face-to-face therapy.
Not sure what works best for you? Let’s talk and find the right fit.
